Still spinning a line is Charlie Whelan, ex spin doctor for Gordon Brown, Chancellor of the Exchequer. Charlie, now having settled in Strathspey, has teamed up with several locals in the area to organise week-long fishing holidays on the Spey. The week is mainly aimed at beginners.
